I even complained to the supervisor's Ederth Glyne and Eunie Masilela but I'm not getting any help

I lodged a divorce claim last year on the 15th of October, according to the order I was supposed to get my money within 60 days,up to today I haven't received any money,when I call them for enquiries I was told there is no stamp to the final order,we submitted another form in Dec, they received it but again yesterday when I called I'm told there is no final order yet it is there,they are just playing hide and seek with my money.its almost 5 months now,I'm stressed leading to depression my kids are suffering because of this whole thing.pls help me Peter
