I am losing my mind, in deep depression because of this government institutuion. GEPF is taking us for fools, I lodged a claim on the 19 of November 2025, till today my claim has not been processed. the call center confirmed that all documentation from my
GEPF is not interested in servicing its members. I am in the verge of losing everything and they dont give a damn

The hold up is with the "Legal" department. The legal department seems to be an issue at germs. what is going on. is our money even available to be paid to us? Now it poses a lot of questions.
