<p>. id no ********** 317089 pension no ********** 4 Lucille what is happening seripusly i dont understand now all of a sudden Gepf/gpaaa want id copy of the deceased all along they had id now they are saying it was not attached on the file how? How can they start processing without the deceased id ? No these people are playing crs how many times i tell them that i need this money becouse our home is in arrears now i will be homeless ; i see they are enjoying to see other people suffering how can i wait for 5years for such payment ? This is not good at all! I NEED MYMONEY BEFORE THE END OF THISWEEK! Or else i will take this case to the public protector</p>

Kindly note that when the documnets was submitted by the employer we verified the information and picked up that the id copy of the member was not attached with the application.
