How to register on the GEPF website to see your information?

My wife like to get access to her pension information. This includes benefit statements and confirmation that she is a member. She needs it to apply for a short-term visa. She do not understand how the system works and for three days she tried to phone the call centre for help, needless to say what the answer is. The electronic self help system is just to complicated/ unresponsive for us to make sense. Where do we stop for help. Must one apply for a court order in terms of access to information?
