Horrible service ,no cold drink no service

I am appalled by the service gepf provides .I have since submitted documents in June for funeral benefit .in August was told it was not captured hence I need to re submit .I did that . There after I wish someone can tell me how to get hold of the staff cause I have tried calling the whole month of sept 2024 and the lines are not working . Just goes without show what kind of people are employed there .heartless useless people. I wonder if the staff at gepf knows exactly what is their job description. Because the service we received is when aunty get niece to fill in vacant place . As my mother worked for 40 years for govt I really think it's unfair that I received such service . I am wondering if the dept has people looking at those site because they do not even bother to respond Such people really don't deserve to have employment govt should really reconsider . I honestly don't know how I am going to get help .me and all the others that have sent reviews I guess all offices are the same or maybe we should get them cold drinks to get a response isn't that how things work in govt offices here in South Africa .buy a cold drink and you will be assisted as if government is not paying them Pheeeew the life we live in South Africa everything in government is cold drink
