Has GEPF run out of pensioners funds?

Ensure you have savings of at least 4 to 6 months as gepf are very reluctant to pay out timeously, if at all. Paperwork been with them for my husband since Feb this year and no explanation given as to non payment. Telephone calls twice weekly to escalate matters results in no movement at all. Complaint sent via email after 60 working days of non payment not even acknowledged, let alone any action taken. Next step will have to be complaint to Ombudsman. Has the gepf run out of funds? This whole situation very strange
