GPF TAKES THEIR OWN TIME TO MAKE PAY OUT!!!!

me and my father who is a pensioner have been calling them every week with no help for an application he submitted in November 2022 for pension fund, he has no income coming at all from April,8months later he is told that the application is not complete from a department they need to return it and it will take another three weeks ridiculous!!!!!!!! why is it they only see that on a time for payout ,what do they thinks he's eating after so many years of slavery working hard for this kind of service. HIS POLICIES HAVE LAPSED DUE TO NO INCOME AT ALL.WE NEED ANSWERS!!
