GPAA talking in circles!!!

<p>Lucille, thank you for never getting back to me. I do appreciate it. Once again, after a phone call to the GPAA, I am no closer to resolving my payout!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is frustrting as there is no way of contacting anyone besides the 'extremely friendly' call centre. At times I feel the need to apologise for waking them up!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot even get an amount before tax never mind after tax! I am fed up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe it is time for the public prosecutor to step in and have a look. Clearly the last report was not clear enough.</p> <p>My file has been at payment section since 4 January. Lucille was supposed to see what is going on and return a call.
