GPAA is worse than HELL!

My grandmother updated her details with GEPF in 2013 and starting January 2014 she did not receive her pension for 7 months, and on August, the 8th month, she received only 4 months worth of her pension and we have been taken from pillar to post about the remaining 3 months money. I have personally called, emailed was given so many reference numbers that I even lost count of them.<br> <br> What is even more amazing is that they are aware that they owe her 3 months worth of pension, but it is so difficult to issue the money, it is like the whole department has taken a conspiracy oath to never pay out peoples money and as for patience, we have none left so far.
