I have been trying to contact gpaa via emails and phone calls on behalf of my father, in connection with my late brother's pension fund. You wait more than an hour and the consultants are not taking calls. You send emails and no reply. Can the superriors adress this issue with it's staff. Gpaa consultants should start taking their jobs serious.
