Government pension funds

I just want to know who must I contact regarding a funeral claim except the call centre agent as from August I put in a claim for both parents of me and I only got one of my parents pay out know I'm struggling with the other one...On the 19 of January a agent tell me the truth why is it not yet paid out because those who put the claims in didn't give the right information now because of them we must struggle.Thats not fear to us who got a huge lost now we must also going through this...Can you please come back 2 me by email not for public please I'll will give you more info if you contact me.
