Government Pension Administration Agency Giving the run around for 5 months and counting

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother (Mamodise Modisane)has been waiting for her payout since July. Everytime she calls she is told its at the payment section, that was 3 weeks ago. Then again when she calls she is told it is at the legal section because of a divorce and that will take 2 weeks but someone else said it will take 1 week - WHICH OF THE STORIES ARE TRUE?!</p> <p>All this is so frustrating, could you please assist, Lucille Smith? Its so frustrating because I dont have enough money to take care of her and my siblings, I'm taking countless loans because of people in the department's incompetencies. I'm sure they dont live like we do and they are in a happy mode because they are going to have a great festive season and us on the other hand are seemingly going to cry out christmas and new year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help with some feedback.</p> <p>Your assistance will be greatly appreciated</p>
