GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND

Both my parents passed away last year. We are still having trouble getting our mothers pension fund. The file is constantly being sent back and I give every single thing they ask for but gosh I don't know what more they need from us. My mother passed away last year January already and to this day we are waiting on our funds. We provided our fathers late estate account. It shows E/LATE and the name of our father but nope thats not right. I went to the bank and they said there is not one thing wrong with the account statement and stuff at all and they cannot change that just for it so say LATE ESTATE ACCOUNT because is that is what the E/LATE on the document is for. I have no idea what to do anymore.
