Got my pension today

Your office received my papers on the 2nd Feb 2015. Today the 24 Mar 2015 I received my full payout. Thanks to all involved for a speedy conclusion. If there is one flaw in the system, I would say it was difficult to get detailed feedback but one must also have patience. This is after all a huge institution with many thousands of clients.
