Good day I have a problem with GEPF

Good day I have a problem with GEPF. My mother passed away on 27 February then I submitted our documents that was needed for us to claim. Since first week of June until now there's no respond.when I go to enquire they are giving me a round around. I don't know what to do as we were depending on the deceased.
