Good day, Can please help me. I lodged a claim at GEPF for my divorce last year 2024 November. It stayed with legal department for 3 months after that I was told they are busy with calculations in May 2025. In August I was told it bounced back from my bank, they told me I must go to the bank to get a statement which I did. I was told it will be paid in 15 days but till today 12 October nothing has happened. I have raised escalation on top of the other none of them were resolved. I'm about to be evicted with kids, while DEPF is withholding what is due to us. What surprised me is they SARS has deducted and yet my money is still sitting with them. Can you help I'm desperate.
