GEPG - Funeral Claims

I have been struggling with the Gepf since the 5 Jan 2024... If they are not two months behind on claims, they are offline or they cannot read documents. Claiming funeral benefits is impossible. I needed to make loans to over all of the funeral expensive, because they are behind and cannot do their jobs. My word! Can we just get the job done?????????
