GEPF/DCS

So I went to GEPT on the 14th of March, got there around 10, at around 12:20 the ladies working there who have no name tags on had a smaller-nyana meeting at ones station and suddenly security comes to inform us that they are offline. Since that time we didn't see not even a single official or their senior for that matter to come to tell us that they offline. From the people sitting there, and when I sayany, I was number 47 on the queue... Started to complain that Mondays and Fridays, at GEPF office Johannesburg, Marshall Street... They are offline after midday and the systems will never work for that day. Everybody must up and go home. I returned on Monday, got there at 8:30 was number 27, was there for about two and half hours, when I Finally got into the office next to what they call a call centre with 6 agents, serving all Retired government employees, I asked the lady who didn't have a name tag if all my documents are received and if they need anything from my side, something I could have been assisted on the phone, but because their phone is NEVER answered.... She with confidence told me all my documents are fine, they even done on their side and are now with SARS... Now literally 10 minutes ago I got an SMS telling me that my documents are returned to my HR.

I just called DCS service termination office and I am told I'd be called back... I don't know who is filling who, but whenn I return to that GEPF office, I am taking my 9mm with, I will wait till I get into that lady's office, she will be the one helping me.... I don't think she is gonna come out u til she is done with my things.

Tell me why I resigned because My colleagues committed ***** for signing for a Parolee who was arrested and literally signed for all parolees while they took state car, then tried to convince the parolees family to lie about me and I nearly got into a mess, I saved myself by taking pics with my phone before the document which was the evidence miraculously disappeared... I start getting I'll treated and end up in a psychological hospital. I resign with a few savings to sustain me for a few months, it's month 4 now and I am out, I have to pay for my car, my school fees, my daughters school fees, food, petrol, wifi.... What am I to do? How long will it take??.

I know I am ready for whatever I am about to do because I ran out of patience.
