GEPF wont fund me .

I lost my father 2015-05-15,after the burial I managed to submit all my required documents to GEPF polokwane.for assurance I submitted my maintenance order but to my surprise I haven't been funded to this day.i have been up and down the polokwane and Pretoria branches with no help. I don't understand why am I not funded as a beneficiary.I need help this case has been dragging.
