GEPF WILL TAKE ITS TIME AND I AMA SURE BY THE TIME THE FUNDS ARE RELEASED, CHILDREN WILL BE MALNUTRITIONED, OTHERS DROPPED OUT FROM TERTIARY

<p>After Mr Sithole talking on the raido about the unclaimed monies from GEPF on the 21/02/2017, this made me furious because my widowed mother's claim is there at Gepf and nothing have come out of it. Since January 2017 I have been doing a follow-up every week following up on the appplication, they would say its still in payments section , they cant estimate how long the applicants will have to wait. My late father worked loyaly, and with great passion for the department of education, there wouldn't be anything called Qiniso primary school if it was not for him, he founded it himself and this is a THANK YOU he get. So what is supposed to happen now, children are at the teritry institutions, one at UJ is about to drop, going through a hard time no financial support. The other at Wits is struggling, here we are talking about the women who have no income at all, they do not qualify for any type of grant. Not to count the other young children who are still attending school. This is very painful while Gepf claims that money will be distributed to support other structures, what about the claims that have not been finalised.</p>
