GEPF USELESS

Gepf service is utterly useless. You wait for longer than a week to receive any response. Than they dont answer your question and request written letters. They dont read the letters. Selfservice registration is a nightmare. It does not work. It hangs. It seems that they employ *********** people to annoy members and their service charter is a complete farce.
