GEPF unfair treatment

My husband passed away on the 03 July 2021 and we buried him on the 09th July 2021. This was the worst hurtful experience I had to go through. I put a claim to GEPF for the spouse on the 12 August 2021 and to date I haven't been paid. I'm taken fron pillar to post, received emails from them with things they need to process the claim.
