GEPF - Terrible Service - Year later still waiting on a pension claim

I shouldn't be giving GEPF any stars but should take stars from them, my mother Patricia Ann Jacobs passed away more than a year ago, my dad still waiting for the pension payout, your services is beyond terrible, we were told it would take between 3 and 6 months, all paperwork was correct and submitted in April 2017, we almost in July 2018, I'm tired of being told the claim is in it's final stages... Some assistance please!!!
