GEPF TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We have submitted a death claim at GEPF offices personally at Western Cape Offices. The person whom assisted us said the pay out will take between 72 hours up to 4days. We have submitted all documents on the 10 April 2019. Nothing from GEPF, they have call centre number that is just wasting your time, becos there is no one answering it, just terrible irritating music playing in the end! Can anyone please assist?
