GEPF tax directive reference error

Retired employee and have attempted numerous times to get my tax directive rectified but to date no success. Will suffer huge penalties by SARS if this not fixed by GEPf. Battling since August 2020 to date. Please help. Member Trefor Robert's VPA24526. Tax number ***.
