GEPF tax directive given in 2021 November where is my tax certificate

*********** people work there. I email on a tax directive issued to them last year. The person sends me a tax certificate for 2006. They pathetic as the directive I attached to the email. My life partner passed away I got a lump sum last year. SARS refered to GEPF to sort out a tax certificate. When call the call center wants my deceased tax number why? As I have all the pension number date of birth date of death.
