GEPF TAT LAPSED BUT NO RESOLUTION

Good Day

7 days after turn around time has lapsed and GEPF still hasnt finalised my pension resignation application. No one is able to advise why this is taking so long. Can anyone help me please? I have to go for an operation but I cant because the co-payment is too high and i am waiting for this money to be able to get the operation, no one seems to care as I have explained this to everyone everytime that I call the contract centre. I am begging now and asking from the bottom of my heart for anyone to please assist.
