GEPF taking too long

I have submitted my two pot withdrawal in March. It was declined due to bank verification as I’m now married and have a double barrel surname. My bank account has been updated accordingly yet for some reason the bank verification fails.

I provided the necessary documentation and have sent multiple follow ups with no response.

What on earth is going on and I just want feedback. Is anyone able to provide feedback?
