GEPF STILL HASNT PAID FUNERAL BENEFIT AFTER 45 CALLS. IM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! !!!

My father died on the 17th of June 2022. Still after numerous calls (45) and submitting paperwork how many times his funeral benefit still has not been paid. Everytime I call (holding on for up to 40min) i must hear ohhh we just worked on the file we are busy processing!!!!!! This is a disgrace to say the least in the meantime my father couldn't be held at the funeral home and I had to come up with R12500 to pay for the cremation.
