GEPF service is appalling!

I don't where to start, it hurts even writing about this. My aunt who was a teacher took her early retirement at the end of last year (2018), due to health reasons. She submitted all the required paperwork for her pension fund to be paid out to her but up until now she has been sent from pillar to post. It has been hard as she has been very sick and she needed proper medical care. As a result she passed away last week after 8 month of waiting for her money, for all her hard work over the past 25 years. She died suffering, not being able to afford her monthly expenses. GEPF service is appalling! If only my aunt's pension was paid to her, maybe she would still be alive today because she would have been able to pay for private doctors to take good care of her. Why, why ... why haven't you still paid her money? There is no communication whatsoever? Is this how our government treat its former employees when they are most vulnerable?
