gepf refusing to pay pension.

It is now almost 4 months since I app**** for my divorce pension pay out. The divorce settlement dictates that I pay my ex-wife half my business income in turn for half her pension at time of divorce. I have diligently been paying her half my business income while gepf refuses to pay me half her pension. I have now decided to stop payment of half my business income until such time as gepf decides to pay me half the pension fund and when this ends up in court I will gladly subpoena gepf to please explain to the court.
