GEPF redress payouts

Good day my mother work for the government and she past on now there is a pension redress and we have the GEPF all the necessary documents in February they have received it I have phone them numerous times to ask when is the payout going to be and ery time they say they have escalated to payouts and it is now the seventh month already how long do we wait to get paid please help
