GEPF problem

I got a problem with GEPF because they don't want to pay the lump sum of my late Husband's pension fund. They are paying me a monthly salary but now they are refusing to pay the my 50% and to pay my 2 children of which they were nominated on the WP1002 Form as beneficiaries. Please assist me you are my last hope
