GEPF POOR SERVICE

I have been calling gepf can same response about my payment I have a problem with GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT PENSION FUND poor services after my banking document were sent for reissue on the 19th august no move moment was made i was told on 24th it was looked at and it's at authorizations department waiting for signature to make payment I don't understand what's taking them so long to pay my money How many weeks does it take to authorize payment. just by signing cause they have all the proof that account belongs to me. can someone help get a way to get through them so i can get my money
