Gepf poor service!

I got divorced in may 2018, submitted all documents as requested by the Gepf. As I'm claiming my ex spouses pension as agreed upon, funny it is now more than 5 months later and I'm still getting told "come back in a months time" with the last comment being they were busy paying out Mays divorces still in June,every single month I have to go back to the offices to hear the same thing! my divorce order states that this was to be paid within 60 days of the divorce degree being granted. So what is the problem or the hold up? I have emailed with no response either. My ex spouse is asking me when its being paid as he is well aware he is to pay this back I cannot keep going to the offices every month to be told come back in a months time. But no indication of anything happening.I will be finding out who to lay a complaint against as this is absolutely pathetic.
