GEPF Poor Service

I Have been struggling with the GEPF to answer and assist my father.

He is a retired 60 year old Teacher that dedicated his 38 years of teaching to educate pupils in high school accounting.

I have sent in total 31 email to them and they have responded to 7 of these emails and ignored the rest.

They simply cannot tell my dad when he will receive his money.

He is a chronic patient and requires his medication.

His medical aid was suspended due to non payment and no one at GEPF can tell us what the problem is.

All they say it is by legal, they are working on it, payment will be made.

Please advise what else he can do to get assistance as they are ignoring all my email.
