GEPF POOR CLIENTS SERVICES CONDITION

Gepf received my resignation documents on 17th August 2023 and my documents went thru all the necessary process until it was completed on the 21 September 2023 by Sars giving GEPF authority to release my funds, since then my funds have not being released and whenever I enquire reason why are they still holding my funds not has an answer they keep saying they'll enquire, I was last at gepf office in Cape Town this past Monday 16 October 2023 still they told same answer that they will enquire cause they don't understand why are the funds not released yet and according to gepf policy payment won't take more 60 days, but I'm already over 60 days, can you plz help
