GEPF please pay me I'm begging you, its 4 years now.

My name is Obakeng,I dont know what one needs to do to get their hard earned money, from december 2016 till today march 2019 still no money has been paid, when you call you get on the call and hold for 1 hour and the consultant tells you "sorry sir we are still validating your file", hai I really dont know what needs to be done GEPF is really not taking us seriously I mean for so long, I worked at Boitshoko secondary in the north west Mafikeng. please heeeeeeelp help anyone I really need my money I'm in debt im crying out please.
