Gepf payout process diagracefull to say the least

My last day in my department was 30 September 2019. To date I am still waiting for my resignation benefit to be paid out. Everytime i phone these call centre people have a different progress report to give me. In November i was told i will get paid 2nd week of december. In december i was told im mad no one would tell me that if my file is not even with finance yet. I believe the calls are recorded so not go back and check how mad i am. In december i phone again i was told my file is headed to sars and will return after 24 to 48 hours. I phoned again them i was told my file was never enroute to sars still being calculated. Today im getting a reply saying because of divorce debt which was paid to my ex in 2017 already is what is delaying the process and now most of the people are taking extended leave and i should phone after 16 january again. So calculate this i have been without an income for almost four month my rent is in arrears my kids school fees are in arrears and still im waiting for money they not giving me but money i have worked for for almost 20 years. How is this for service best of all they dont care at all and treat you like a begger when you contact them. Disguated...disappointed...depressed...stressed...most of all ****ed of. Wha a i supposed to do just wait to be kicked to the streets.
