GEPF PAYMENT department

Hi Hello Peter may you kindly assist with this matter. I handed in my resignation on the 1st of August 2022 and left work on the 31st of August the HR department already knew that I was turning 60 in June 2022 and was leaving in August. They knew from the beginning of the year January 2022. I was told I would get my pension a month after leaving as I handed in every document required early but up until now I have yet to receive my pension fund. From September until now (January 2023) my daughter and son have been assisting Financially. I am getting runaround about this matter I have been following up for months with the GEPF. The response was that I’ll get a pay out in December but even to date I haven’t received anything the biggest issue is that my daughter is now in debt because she’s trying to hold two households she has stopped paying her own debit orders (car, telephone, loans etc) in order to sustain this household for months now. My own personal policies are also not receiving payments and will lapse due to lack of payment. I was told the issue is in the payment department Please assist!
