GEPF pathetic useless service

Absolutely pathetic!! I submit a funeral claim and it is now more than a month and absolutely no acknowledgement or any response despite the fact that I resubmitted the claim 5 times already! I tried to call and asked for a call back because the best I got was number 88 in the queue, Nobody ever called back. Eventually (today) I decided to hold on instead of asking for call-back I was no 91 in the queue and held on until I was no 4 in the queue after an Hour and 58 minutes and then the line dropped! What a useless service ! The government should be ashamed of themselves!!
