GEPF pathetic service

this is the worst pension fund in south africa , I submitted my 2 pot claim on 5September 2024 , on 8 October 2024 my directive was fialized by SARS 8 week wait still no payment no communication whatsoever , their email addresses arent working all their phone number aren't working i have sent numerous messages via the GEPF app no response no call absolutely nothing , wont surprise me if there is no money to pay for all the claims
