Gepf pathetic service

My mother has retired, Since October last 2021, She has still not received Her pension fund, She is on chronic medication and Her medical aid has been suspended because She's not paying it as She is not even getting Her monthly salary...Iam not sure how she's expected to survive as a dedicated retired nurse who gave herself to the government for so many years...We made a dozen calls to them...only to be taken from 1 piler to another post...I must express my disappointment to the government officials yet again...As this unacceptable...we are being told about Her file misplaced, as if that our incompetancy not to add the trips that she has take up going to the Polokwane and Hatfiel office only to be sent back.
