GEPF not supplying pensioner with IRP 5 certificat

The GEPF has not supp**** me with an IRP 5 certificate for 2015. The IRP 5 data is also not pre-populated on my tax return.<br> <br> I have not received any response to my emails, and the call centre staff promise to send the document, but none is forthcoming.<br> <br> I visited their offices in Pretoria and was told that no IRP 5 certificates would be printed, but that the certificates would be avaialble the next week. That was a month ago.<br> <br> Tax season for e-filing closes on 27 November 2015 and an urgent response will be appreciated.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
