GEPF not processing payout for retirement benefit.

I have been retired for 6 months now. I followed all the necessary procedures to ensure that my payout gets processed without any problems. I went to the GEPF headquarters in Pretoria on 10 February 2020 and was reassured that my claimed would be processed and I would receive my money within 2 weeks but I am yet to receive my payout . I've had to call the GEPF call center numerous times and each time I don't get adequate feedback. It seems that the supervisor in charge of sorting out claims is not doing their job. It's unfortunate that I am in this predicament as I have worked for the south African government for 35 years. My husband and I both don't earn an income and we have dependents.
