Gepf non payment of pension

My husband died in 2002 and I am yet to receive gratuity and widows pension to date. I am pushed from pillar to post by the Gepf. I am not informed what is holding payment since 2002. I am unemployed with two children to look after financialy. Pfa cannot help me since Gepf does not subscribe to who can halp me please.
