GEPF - No Payment Date

I submitted funeral benefit claim for my late husband 12 February 2021. Everything was processed and go ahead was granted by SARS. To-date no payment date. The consultants informed me that this is strange as this claim was supposed to be paid long time ago. It is so frustrating to call weekly and you are told “we don’t know” what’s the problem.
