GEPF No payment after 4 months

I retired from The South African police Services in October 2017 after 42 years of service. All my pension documents were completed in October and submitted to the local GEPF office. When I contacted the GEPF office In Pretoria at the end of November i was advised that my documents were just received and they were busy processing them. Its now going on for 4 months and i have still not received my pension. I have made numerous calls and still cannot get an answer as to when my pension will be paid out. I do not have any source of income, how do i make ends meet if i'm not receiving an income. Its really unfair
