GEPF NEGLECTING PAYMENT

My dad retired in October 2018. Till today the 17th May 2019 no payment has been made to date. And we had to quit varsity just to make sure that there is food on the table and lights at home. February they sent a message to him stating that they have received all his documents... He visited their Pretoria office and they told him they still working on it... 7months have passed since October and 60 working days have passed since receiving their message since February. Our home has been evaluated for auction by the bank. Today the 17th of May 2019 he called like his been calling a few times.. once more they are still calculating NSF since last week Friday. So basically GEPF doesn't do that 60days payout time they promise or maybe it goes by favour? It been over 190days... 190DAYS struggling to pay bills...having to put education aside... not knowing when our home will be lost, but hey GEPF doesn't seem to care much right.
