GEPF linked my ID/ pension Number/ CP to the late Ngomane

I Mrs Maleke Hellen Ntuli I served this country for many years working as a teacher under Deparment Of Education Limpopo. I took my early retiment in 2014 December.GEPF took long to pay my graduity and now last month end of June 2021 I did not receive my monthly pension. When I called GEPF contact centre they told me that my ID and pension reflets some one who is a deceased by the name of Ngamane. I went to home affairs to verify if I share my ID with the late Ngomane and home affairs verified that the ID belongs to me alone and that I am not deceased and alive. So I am certain that the mistake is on GEPF linking my Pension number/CPnumber to the late Ngomane. I am doubting that the little lumpsum that I was paid was also not my true value, I think GEPF was still under paying the monthly pensions. What is painful is that I always call GEPF every Monday as thay tell me and they keep on saying some lady by the name of Portia will call me back but I never get that call. So tomorrow is another monthy end without any monthly pension. Please GEPF you are making me feel very weak and so sick physically , I am no longer working and dependant on this monhtly pension and my policies are going to laps and my children and I are hungry while you get paid your salaries monthly. Whats painful I dont know if somebody is looking at the matter or not. No feedback from GEPF its call after call no progress no updated.
